How are the faux trees holding up? Also how did you secure them in the pot?
SOS older couple scammed/ pc compromised Please help
Posted by classof79 on 4/11/21 at 4:30 pm
My husband gave to an “Amazon rep”, all of his personal info, SSN, and accepted an installation of Zoho Unattended Access to our old desktop. On the pc was banking info to our personal accounts, bro’s 2 trust funds, deceased parents’ estate, etc. We closed checking accounts and major credit card accounts, but the modem was left on for several hours. Today a tech removed all of our files and data, saved to an external hard drive, and did a factory install. When he was finished, I noticed an unfamiliar icon- Anydesk- another remote access program on my screen, but it was not yet installed. I have never heard of Anydesk; it just appeared upon reinstall. The tech doesn’t know what to do. Please advise again. Sorry to be such a pest.
What about ipads and iphones? I know they are more secure but...? Thanks again.

Thanks for the answers. I accidentally deleted my message. I'm as nervous "as a cat on a hot tin roof".

Check clearance areas of your big box stores. It won't be in regular garden/ seasonal dept. I saw some about 2 weeks ago at a Wal Mart in Alexandria, I think. I was traveling and needed something. When I parked, I noticed a crowd of women and got curious. They were buying everything in sight. There were bags of regular mulch, potting soil, topsoil, and anything leftover from the summer. $2 a bag Home Depot also has a clearance area.

That's the wire to his rosary.
What an inspiring story and beautiful family! Like your son I am a very lucky person. 61 years ago my parents adopted me through Catholic Charities. At the time babies were kept until 6 weeks old before being released to the potential parents. The nuns at St. Ann's called my mom on Christmas eve morning and said, "Your little girl is ready to go today, but we can keep her until after the 1st of the year if you're not ready". Mama replied, "Yeah right, Sister" or something to that effect. Daddy was duck hunting; 4 of his hunting buddies formed a posse and went to the duck blind to deliver the message.
Their good friends drove them to Shreveport because Daddy was too nervous to drive. On the way they stopped at Sears in Alex to buy girl baby clothes. Mom was never the most organized person in the world but she could make some mean Halloween costumes, was an awesome class mom, and was always "down" with a last minute slumber party. They brought me home Christmas eve 1958. The end. PS My husband caught me chopping onions while watching your wonderful video.

Priceless. Truly a Kodak moment!

"Intervention of the tragedy in Dallas." Was that the exact thing McCain said?
I understood him to say, "before the intervention, (slight pause) the tragedy of Dallas," as though he were intentionally clarifying the meaning of intervention. This lady's work is fantastic. Her analysis of the Kavanaugh hearing is very good.

Not a snark question, Mr. Hank, but could JuiceTerry's mom's family have also filed a suit stopping the construction of I75?
Um, I have a feeling President Trump started thinking about this before he announced his candidacy. It may well be one of the reasons he decided to run. It always amazes me that people don't recognize his adhd brain running 24/7 and can't see that he's three steps ahead of the game. Who the heck cares about his public speaking skills. Obama with his teleprompter was a most eloquent speaker, but when you picked apart his words, he literally said nothing.
AOC's understanding of economics is as scary as her eyes are. LINK
Thanks, Wednesday. Love your username.
She said "sexually assaulted". According to Advocacy Center, "Sexual Assault:
Any unwanted sexual contact that occurs by force, coercion or when a person is incapable of giving consent. This is inclusive of unwanted kissing, sexual touching (groping, fondling), oral sex, penetration with objects or body parts." Isn't that what Chrissy claimed.
