Well Matt is out. I didn't like his holier than thou attitude about Jeff when he's just as much of a competitor. They just have different strategies. But rather than accepting that it's just a game, he made it personal... Like Jeff said. I'm sure Matt will be fine after he gets healed up, so I'm glad he's out. Now the rest of the cancel culture tribe will have to hunt for themselves.

Challenges involve competing for resources while navigating the shrinking playable area, and defeating opponents is very common in many games. Why is this game different?

I don't get the Jeff hate either. In other challenges, whoever makes it to the end, fine. They all win the bragging rights. Jeff wants to stay solo or just a small duo team, that's fine. People should respect that and stop whining that Jeff is getting food that they aren't able to score. He's playing his game and making sure he's got enough resources to get to the end - just as everyone should be doing. If he's withholding food that he's caught from others, it's not like they are going to die. It just means they potentially won't be able to finish the game because they weren't able to do it for themselves. That's called consequences.

But Last One Standing is actually set up to have one winner. Not just for bragging rights, but $$$$ too. Jeff's style of play is exactly what you'd want to do. Everyone will have to get there eventually if they want to be the last one standing.

The only problem is that Jeff is too in your face about it and everyone else is the opposite extreme trying to pretend that's not the game they're playing.
