iPad, any idea if we're getting Longstreet or Guerra in for visits?
Looks like Kiffin and co recruited Longstreet out of high school, so hopefully there is a relationship there. Looks like out of high school he was also offered by other teams currently looking for a QB like Oregon, FSU, and Miami, plus other programs with money like A&M and Michigan.
I see on On3 that several of Guerra's major offers are from places that have already taken starting QBs - Texas Tech, Kentucky - but he also has offers from FSU, Arkansas, and UVA.
If we could get at least 2 of Clark, Guerra, and Longstreet, that'd be a great haul.

We as a fan base just need to chill out and weather this storm. Right now, OM is galvanized because they are in the media spot light due to Kiffin leaving and because of their little playoff run. On top of that, they are obviously acting emotionally and hiring/signing anyone from LSU they can to try to make it seem like no one wants to stay and play for Kiffin. Their feelings are hurt and they're going to spend money to take that out on us.
LSU needs to play the long game here. If OM really wants to take the most underachieving offensive line in the SEC from LSU, and the coaches from the worst offense in LSU history, and trade us the staff that just put together the number 1 offense in the country, then screw the optics. Let them make the mistake and believe they are winning. Just remember to thank them in a year or two when they go back to back to the bottom half of the conference and LSU is dominating.

Leavitt's 2025 stats extrapolated to 12 games:
2790 yards passing, 17 TD, 5 INT
525 yards rushing, 9 TD
TOTAL: 3315 yards, 26 TD, 5 INT
Jayden Daniels 2022 stats through first 12 games:
2566 yards passing, 15 TD, 2INT
740 yards rushing, 11 TD
TOTAL: 3306 yards, 26 TD, 2 INT
No one here was calling JD5 "mediocre" before the 2023 season :dunno:

LSU has won there once since 2009 and that was a 12-10 barn burner against the worst team in Auburn history
That was 2012.
LSU has won 8 of the last 11 against Auburn, all three losses on the road (2010, 2014, 2016). 2010 was Cam Newton's Heisman game between two pretty evenly matched teams, 2014 was the year of the Brandon Harris experiment and LSU was never going to win (our worst team in recent history), and LSU was 0.5 seconds away from winning in 2016 with a pretty mediocre team.
History shows that in the last 10+ years, Auburn has exactly one convincing win over LSU (2014) and Brandon Harris isn't walking through the door. If historical trends mean anything in college football, this game won't be the cake-walk for Auburn that most here think it will be despite its location.
