They have cut some corners in building my house. One of the things they did was use a toilet that was substandard, a reject,... It should not have been sold. I think they probably got it for a huge discount. Fortunately, it's in the guest bathroom. It's not used much. I will have to have it replaced.
I've also found a lien on my property where they didn't pay off a loan. I'm having trouble getting them to pay off the loan. I'm going to have to hire an attorney.
Our HOA dues are going up. We will be paying $50 less a year than a subdivision that has a pool, club house, and lake.
I think they are having financial problems and will be going under soon. I don't suggest putting money down on a house to be built. You might lose your money.
