re: Awesome morning hunting this am so far. - TropicalBum
I make this trip with Rize a few times a year, and it's truly God's country. I saw 4 different 10 points today. He's done a great job managing this place. I couldn't act fast enough after taking that fallow picture to get a shot. Kinda ruined my night ...

re: HARDCORE LIFTERS ONLY: Apply within... - TropicalBum
It ain’t about the numbers. It’s about the intensity and effort.
This may be the best thing I've seen posted in ages. I've got guys who want to lift with me on a regular basis, but they bitch about not lifting what I do. I'll move weight on and off a bar all day, but you've got to...

re: Chinese manufacturing growth slows to a 14month low - TropicalBum
IB is obviously intelligent, but passion can influence intellect. In the very least, he and I will have to agree to disagree on China.
The irony is that I once enjoyed, and looked forward to, his post concerning local and state politics. However, now after he has ridden this one tr...

re: Washing and getting the smell out of workout clothes - TropicalBum
It amazes me that a shirt can smell great but as soon as the first beads of sweat hit it smells of death.
I'm on board with never understanding how this happens. I've always done the wash in vinegar every few workouts, and it seems to work pretty well. I may have to try the soak in...
What program are you running
Honestly, I'm not running any particular program, nor have I ever run one. A few years ago a buddy made a comment to me about pushing myself, and I was worried about doing it right and doing the wrong things the wrong way. He looked at me and said to gr...
