re: Cole Lourd 3 star QB 2021

Could this possibly be the writing on the wall for a quarterback to enter the portal? I could see the scholarship offer be the response of a new need, if a quarterback were about to leave. I have no evidence to suggest this, just trying to understand why the offer was extended late in the process.

Another reason for someone to hold off signing early is grade issues. You can’t sign unless you’re eligible, but that’s also an extended circumstance

I don’t blame them for doing that. There have been way too many times we’ve been burned on national signing day by the big recruits, and as a result have position holes. I like this approach, worst case scenario we stay pat

I’m not sure it’s the greatest idea to drop Berry. The staff seems committed to establishing this California pipeline. I don’t think it will be good if they drop a guy from the pipeline they are trying to establish.

You know, you may have a good point, it's probably better he went through this now rather than during his college career

Also if Moses came to LSU we wouldn't have pressured to flip Jacob philips
re: Phillips & White (Would Dylan MOSES be quality depth?)

If we would've gotten Dylan Moses, we wouldn't have pushed so hard to flip Jacob Philips, so yes, he would be playing

Can you elaborate please?
Maurice Hampton Crystal Ball

Does anyone know why in the last few days Maurice Hampton is getting crystal balls to ole miss? I thought he was considered a hard commit.

One main difference is that I believe Dylan Moses would've been a tiger, besides that I am not too sure.

You never know. His tactics towards JaCoby Stevens did not work as expected.

It would be really funny if after Saban sent that, he blocked the number

That is true. Potential doesn't always equate production

You seem to forget that Sullivan, Anderson, Davis, and Dillon are all sophomores this year, redshirted or not. Even though that does not excuse them from not being as productive as their potential shows, they still have some time to mature. Not too much time, but a lot can happen in 2 years.
re: Harold Joiner

Maybe he just wants his son to make the right decision so that once he commits, he is 100% COMMITTED. He just doesn't want his son to flip flop. Don't blame him. We can tell though that joiner is a silent commit, so hold that tiger

You're willing to bet your house on the decision of an 18 year old who doesn't even know where he wants to go? #greatlifechoices

You also forget Alabama blew away every other opponent so far this year, we only lost by 2 possessions, and we actually had an offense. We simply didn't have the offense to match theirs, but it showed that we actually have a chance with a competent offense for the following years.
