Im 58 and have been at almost every game from then to now and ill continue to go. With that being said i can tell everyone when the university moved the band to sell those premium seats for more $$$$$ they didnt need it killed the stadium vibe. The band could control the tempo of the game b/c you could hear them. Now they've been relegated to the endzone their sound cant be heard and we get a DJ. Having to rely on a dj at tiger stadium is pathetic

Alleva moved the band behind the goalpost the experience of Tiger Stadium will never be the same. The band controlled the tempo and momentum of the game and you could hear it and feel it. It was awesome. Now our opponents bands have a bigger impact I hope it was worth the few extra dollars thx Alleva.

I was at the game. All Tiger fans need to do whatever it takes let the every BOS member Alleva, etc, etc. Florida allows their band to play and they DO NOT pipe artificial music after every play and it is so much more enjoyable. Their concessions make ours look like a joke and are far better than ours in every way. They have new flat screen TV's everywhere They have local vendors and b/c of these few simple things it's simply better. It's not Alleva corporate football it was very refreshing and winning their was great.
