Can someone replace the mans face with Leonard Fournettes and all the bear faces with Tiger heads ?

Also, Where it says "Big Bear" Could you make the text read "Second String Tailgaters"

Many thanks in advance.

There appears to be some incorrect info floating out there. I know that they had a user profile so I would just wait till the operator of that tells the story, if they choose to do so. One of the original owners is still definitely involved on a day to day basis- as he has been since they opened.

Escalantes is a really good spot, and if you are closer to downtown i suggest irmas.
Chelseas has them on Tuesdays, its a huge serving. Good sandwich. Maxwells does a good one as well daily.
I have just been buying Dough from whole foods, they will sell it frozen or ready to use in a ball. Close to the house and infinitely better than any of the stuff in the freezer aisle.
I got the kettle pizza insert for my Weber grill. The last pizza i cooked was done in less than 3 minutes. I have been very happy with the product after figuring how much wood and charcoal to add.

Went once with a big group, had great service and food was good. It is not a blue plate special type of joint and I thought the prices were fair. If you want innovative dishes and a change of pace its well worth it. Hope it is supported and it continues to be a option here in BR.
how bout dat, thanks for the update.
Whats the deal with this place ? I am hungry for something new in the area.

Its a good local beer company improving with each product. Give me a break with these analyses, its not the healthcare reform act.
Have had a Brinkamn Chest style smoker for a few years now, cant say I have ever experienced a temperature spike, love the ease of use. it is in the 150 range from what i recall. Can fit 3 boston butts easily, set the temp , add wood every 2.5 hours or so, gets one hell of a smoke ring. I am a huge fan.

Also it is pretty efficient on the propane usage.

re: Ninos lunch is a great deal

Ninos really is a great spot. The pizza is great, as is the Shrimp and pancetta Arrabiata. Havent found a bad dish on the menu yet. I dont know why its not more crowded, one of the best spots in town.
Use a chuck roast, sear the outside, then add beef stock, lil red wine, spices, fresh herbs, onion and let it cook on low, for about 2 hours, covered.
Other spots not mentioned, City Club has good gumbo, as does Poor boy Llyods
Mary Lee on Perkins at Stuart is home to the best fritter in town. Although i would love to do a taste test.
I do not recall how it all works anymore, but If i need to drop something off at a tailgate on campus (area by Indian mounds) how early do i need to get there ?

7 a.m. ?
Chelseas has Chicken Fried Steak as a Special i think on Wednesday, Additionally the CFS at Doe's is good.
