I live in University Villas on the opposite side (on the retention pond). Retention pond is going waaay down. :cheers:
Don't understand how any of the flow works because we started going down Sunday which is when there was still a threat according to the non functioning Bayou Manchac gauge. Also, curious to if the flood plain status of the neighborhood is different from what's shown on that filing which is from around 2008.
