I think they won because Ish and TD don't want Jimmer taking their jobs. So yes, Jimmer was a positive influence. The horror of him starting over them kicked their behinds in to gear. Plus, he other guys like him.

I will say (much of it because of not a lot of PT) but Jimmer doesn't get hurt. I don't think he has missed a game other than a flu in his career.
I stopped posting when they fired MW. Hopefully, AG can turn it around.
Probably a locker room presence as much as anything.

Jimmer wasn't horrible the coach was biased against him. He is a very good player. Monte had too many family ties and wasn't going to let him play.
