Watson is the best QB, and possibly player, in the country so he is going to make any offense look good.
The difference was really the OLine, you keep Harris clean and not under constant pressure and he will be better as well

when every guy around you is a stud it allows you to excel, its why measurables are so important to NFL scouts. If you have the raw talent you will get more 1 on 1 chances at that level than you do in college.

He is absolutely good enough, the question surrounds how willing is Les to adapt the offense. The NFL game is moving to a hybrid offense where you are under center and also spread out, he needs to get that figured out.
We don't need to move to wide open spread offense, however, we need to make sure it is in the arsenal.

QBs should flourish in Les Miles system and I don't understand why we don't get better prospects. The problem has been that Miles likes to recruit mobile QB who can throw vs a throwing QB who has some mobility.

Alleva is a puppet for a few big boys who don't like Miles. Fact is you cannot fire a coach who wins nearly 80% of his games and won you a national title in the toughest conference in the nation. It would have made us look more ridiculous than we already do.
Anyone saying they are firing him because of the "whole picture" are idiots. During Les' tenure we are the 5th winningest program in the country, and that's if you consider Boise State relevant.

The DL and OL has a huge talent differential for Alabama. I agree we probably have better skill guys topnto bottom but in the trenches we are not even close

We will really get our second test this weekend and see how the guys come out. This team has stepped up when it needs to, we have a tendency to play to our competition level.
No, he wasn't ever going to go back to Michigan. Only a few places in the country allow you to recruit the majority of your players from within a 2 mile radius and LSU is one of them. He was as interested as he needed to be to get some love and pay raise in the past.
Plus I am sure he is connected enough at UM to know that Harbaugh was going to get the first shot.

Fournette by quite a bit. Guice isn't going to breAK 70 yd runs, but he has more wiggle for sure.

I agree, don't mess with the colors or designs but change ups aren't bad. It's not going to land you a recruit, but kids today pay attention to that stuff so we should do the same.
Also agree with a poster than we need to be smart and not where white helmets when the opposing team does.

Game could move to Georgia Dome without a ton of trouble and they could reissue tickets at will call if need be. Other option would be to refund all current tickets and have people repurchase for the game when its moved.
