High water is the new norm. Expect more crazy rainstorms that flood NOLA. NOLA’s future, looks a lot like Venice, Italy IMO.

It's my first time going to Omaha. Travelling solo, so suggestions for Alumni and friendly tailgates/groups is much appreciated. What should I do, expect, bring, etc.? :geauxtigers:

Personally wouldn't pay it depending on the time and location... wouldn't rick getting mugged/jacked and waiting hours for NOPD to respond. May be more difficult if it's a speeding ticket.
