re: Youth Deer Rifle - Rebnbama on 7/6/22 at 11:36 am My son killed his first deer with my old 30-30 when he was 7. When he was 8 I bought him a .308 Weatherby Vanguard. The gun is very accurate and he has never flinched from recoil. I have always thought that when you are shooting at a deer, the excitement takes care of recoil. He is 24 now and still... First garden. Planted all on Good Friday and Zucchini, beans, peas and even my corn are all looking good. But my honeydew was growing slow, but now is wilting and just dying. I have three hills of honeydew and it looks like all of them are one-by-one just not going to make it. Any advi... Posted on Home & Garden Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2) |

re: Brooks Falls bear cam has been active lately.
- Rebnbama on 7/28/21 at 2:56 pm I've been watching for the past week or so. Are there fewer salmon? I don't see as many jumping as I think I usually do.
Also, you shouldn't have a bucket list anymore. You are living the bucket list.... Posted on Outdoor Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1) |

My son watched me kill and dress all sorts of game from the time he was potty trained. We never had livestock as "pets" so we didn't have to have that experience.
My wife and I never talked about it, but I knew when he was ready. He killed h... Posted on Outdoor Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
