Just a couple of my own thoughts after reading this thread.
1) Olivia killed Windmark, not Michael.
2) Peter remembered everything after seeing the tulip.
3) Michael stepped off the train so Olivia would later be able to kill Windmark.
4) September and December never exist now because of Walte...
