he looked like he just jumped out of the crowd and ran 100yd dash. Looked super fresh. To have that kind of a kick at the end of a marathon is crazy, but seems like he should've been leading it the whole time. I'm suspect that this was legit.

that's what I noticed too. The guy who got passed didn't show any surprise. And also, if 2:43 was really the winning time, the guy who got passed would've been sprinting himself, but he wasn't. Hell, if you're basically sprinting for over 2.5 hours, you're going to do it through the tape. The whole thing looks off.
