The State is reporting that South Carolina sophomore wide receiver D.J. Neal will be transferring to another school.

“It was definitely my decision,” Neal said. “Just a lot of stuff that has been going on. I feel like I need to be in another environment and get off to a better start.”
Neal caught eight passes for 104 yards last season for the Gamecocks.
