We stay at dunes of crystal beach. smaller condo building with 4 or 5 floors i think, so its not crowded on the beach, and the elevators are always quick. Also close to Henderson Park, so you aren't surrounded by as many giant towers. Close to publix and plenty of other stuff as well.

We were at holiday surf and racket 3 weeks ago

First floor, walk right out onto walkways to cross

They set up the chairs with everyone having unobstructed view of water
