Got a wedding at the watercolor inn a couple of months from now.

With the wedding being there would it be better to just stay at the Inn or get a house nearby?

House would be a bit cheaper as it would be shared with others.

Advantage one way or the other?

You talking about a house in Watercolor, or one just nearby...say in Grayton or Old Seagrove?

It would be a house in watercolor so we can stay close to the crowd.

You have for sure compared prices? Watercolor is a big place, I haven't price shopped. I don't think there's anything wrong with getting a house nearby but I'd make sure its on the south side of the lake so within an easy walking distance. Also what time of year? If mid may or before house is no biggie, but if its after that and you have to walk around in nice clothes I wouldn't want to sweat my balls off walking in a suit from the house to the Inn.

Not sure what the uber situation is on 30a but I'm assuming its not that great. You can get a solid mile or 2 away in Watercolor from the Inn and the cheaper stuff is in the back usually.

if its cheaper for sure rent a house. Much better than a hotel room always. More room, living room, full kitchen, etc.

If you book at Watercolor Inn before January 31st, you can get 25% off stays between March 1 - May 26

Houses on the gulf are astronomical on 30A. If you want to be on the beach, I’d think Watercolor Inn would be “cheaper”. If you are renting off the beach and want space, then sure

Watercolor Inn is a nice space. Heading there in Feb
