Looking for some advice for DC hotels. Trying to decide between the following:
Willard, Hay Adams, Conrad and Rosewood & Manderin Oriental.
Any advice is much appreciated. Traveling with two teenagers if that helps to narrow.

You can’t go wrong with any of those. All spectacular. The Hay Adams and Willard are classics. The others a bit more modern. I would guess it depends on where you want to be. The Hay Adams is directly across the street from the White House and the Willard and the Conrad are very close as well. The Rosewood is in Georgetown and a bit away from the Mall. The Mandarin is in a bit of a strange location but near the Wharf which has a lot of good restaurants and music complex.

The Willard is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location.

What are you doing in DC? If you are doing normal tourist stuff, then you don't want to be more than a 10-minute walk from the Mall.

Take a look at The Jefferson.
It is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We go back to DC all the time just to stay there.
Of your list, the Willard is the most historic but the rooms have been updated to feel like a Hilton or Marriott type room. I’d stay at Hay Adams over Willard.

Basically the normal tourist stuff. One of daughters had her middle school DC trip cancelled by Covid

I would also recommend the Jefferson. It is outstanding. The staff, service, rooms, overall feel are top notch.
Never booked the Rosewood since Georgetown is not my favorite area to stay, but other Rosewood properties have been great.
