Planning a trip. Viator shows up everywhere I turn.

Anyone have experience with them? They appear to be a broker / trip consolidator, the middle-man, to a wide range of tours.

Have seen wide range of reviews so thought I would ask the well traveled population of TD. Good, bad other?

I have used them on trips to Canada and Alaska. They were legit. No problems with them on my end.

I’ve used Viator a few times. No issues. Sometimes they have actually been cheaper than booking directly. Their reviews are usually helpful too.

Used them on Tuesday for a tour in Milan to see Da Vinci's Last Supper and walk through the Castelo Sforzeco. It was a great tour with an excellent guide.

I used them in Greece and Austria no problem. Also, Google the title of the tour, you may be able to get it cheaper direct from the tour operator. One was significantly cheaper, the rest were about the same.

I’ve never booked with them but a great source of input when trying to find ideas/tours available in a particular region.
