Vegas brunch ideas? Not a day-club, but in a restaurant

We are going in August and looking for a fun brunch spot.
We did the LAVO brunch party last fall and it was awesome but they don't open that up until October.
Any other suggestions that you have been to?
Looking for high-energy, DJ, etc.... this is for a bachelor party.
UPDATE: spoke to the concierge desks at both Encore and Cosmopolitan and they were saying that during pool season (ends in October) the brunch scene is pretty low-key because the usual brunch “party crowds” are headed to the massive day clubs instead.

If you're looking for this, not sure what else there is. Good luck.
Get a cabana, they serve food.

If you are looking just for a restaurant for brunch then it should be Bouchon at the Venitian.
It is a Thomas Keller restaurant.

Bouchon
A good brunch I remember was the buffet at the Bellagio but that was a few years ago.

What's the median age of your group? Are yall trying to avoid the pool scene/day club all together? Are you all OT ballers or balling on a budget?
I personally enjoy model level women in bikinis serving up drinks and food. From my experience Sundays are the best day to go. Minimum spend is going to range but if you've got 5 or 6 guys willing to spend a few hundred bucks for the day I'd scoop a Cabana or something equivilent.
Also to note, if you go this route, you don't have to wait in line.. However, there will be plenty of girls waiting in line to get in the club that will be eager to join you if invited

Would be a great picture, a bunch of guys trying to empty the trays of lobster and snow crabs at the all you can eat.
