vacation ideas for early December

I have about 7 days off. Looking to take the missus somewhere. she's really been wanting to go to the beach so was thinking maybe Florida panhandle or Caribbean but not sure if worth it with weather/temperature. I could prob convince her to go elsewhere but I'm really at a loss for ideas at this point.

Hawaii is nice in December if you’re wanting the beach and to actually get into the water.

Cabo - we were there two weeks ago. Crowd were light, everything was open and they where really glad to have tourist.
