Louisiana State Park with a cabin. Kids can run free in the wild, and adults can relax.
Check out South Toledo Bend State Park, Chicot State Park, or any of them in the north area of the state.

And the cabins at most parks are surprisingly nice and a real bargain. I know the ones at Toledo Bend are.
