Traveling to Sedona in March and Elote is closed

We are traveling to Sedona in 3 weeks. We were super excited to try Elote and basically planned most of our trip around Elote. We are pretty bummed now that I found out they are in the process of changing locations and are not opening back up until April. Are there any other places on Elote's level in Sedona? Does not have to be fancy. Just want good food. We will be traveling with 2 kids ages 10, and 12. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Any of the DiLuca restaurants are great

Mariposa is good, and a great environment.
Didn't realize Elote was moving, but it was a pretty small place so I guess they needed a bigger spot.

Really?? Planning an entire trip for a Mexican restaurant??
My wife and I went to Cafe Elote a month ago and it was just ok. Nothing really memorable or spectacular about it besides waiting outside in the cold for it. We really enjoyed Mariposa Grill and The Hudson.

It's good, but I wouldn't be that bummed over it. There are plenty of places like Mariposa or find a top place on tripadvisor and try it. Personally, I'd plan my trip around your activities man. Hikes, jeep tours, exploring the city. My wife and I enjoy food but it will be an afterthought there with how beautiful it is.

And you haven't even mentioned the vortexes and the chakra alignment there!
