Bumping since it's finally the weekend. Weather looks great for the weekend, will post a review and hopefully some pics sunday or monday

Anyone heard of the vortex in the little 5 points area? Had that suggested as a burger recommendation. Looks like it's close to the library as well?

Yes pretty popular burger spot in an eclectic neighborhood. Not the best burger in Atlanta but it is a decent spot that is recommended a lot.

The Aquarium in Atlanta is a few notches above every one I've been to, including New Orleans, Houston, Chicago...The place is so big they even have a tank large enough to display two whale sharks. Incredibly impressive place to visit.

We ended up hitting the vortex, Jimmy carter library, the aquarium, and a mexican place called uncle julio's yesterday for a busy day. Aquarium I thought had four whale sharks and those things were massive. Also had a 500 lb sea lion and the dolphin show was great, would highly recommend the aquarium. As for the library, I did not know anything about jimmy carter (in my 20s) so that was a good history lesson, my dad enjoyed it even though he never liked him as president.

Plans today are for the college football hall of fame, world of coke, and the braves game tonight. Is that giant ferris wheel worth the ride? Maybe the CNN tour despite how much i dislike CNN?
