Flying Paris to Jerez De La Frontera in July for a wedding. Vueling changed our original flight landing at 2pm to a 7pm landing. Now they changed it to land at 9:30 am (departing Paris at 7:10am). We are traveling with a 17 month old and I have half a mind to just cancel and fly into Seville with Air France. Prices are higher but I doubt Air France would jerk me around nearly as much as Vueling. We would still have to get from Seville to Jerez though.

Keep the early flight. Don’t add a logistical step (airport in Seville to Train station to Jerez). Bite the bullet. It will suck but probably suck less.

All I can say about them is I flew them between Barcelona and Seville and back and everything worked as it should.

Are you in Paris? I wouldn't catch an international connection at 7:10am? If you will already be in Paris you'd have to leave early as hell for the airport. I'm not sure I'd do that with a 17 month old. But up to you.

Yes we will be in Paris and yes, I know we will have to be up before the arse crack of dawn and it will probably mess up her sleep. Maybe if I stick it out they'll change the flight yet again

This is oddly reassuring I haven't flown Vueling before but as long as they aren't Ryanair, they can't be too bad IMO
