We fly in Friday afternoon and the game is Sunday so Saturday will be our free day to explore. Our hotel is like 2 blocks from the Pike Place Market so we will definitely be checking that out. Any recommendations on things to check out/places to eat? I know I could google "top things to do in seattle" but I trust yall more than google

Sushi - Shiro's
Best sushi around
Dim Sum - Din Tai Fung
Soup dumplings are the best in the US
Seafood - Skip Anthony's, Duke's, Chinook, and go to Salty's on Alki Beach - amazing views of the city.
Steak - Daniel's Broiler on Lake Union
(Everyone will say Metropilitian Grill, but to me its meh. Plus Daniel's views over Lake Union are cool
Finally, you can put together a nice walking tour through downtown of several breweries and rooftop bars.
Old Stove Brewing, Cloudburst, Pike's (although that's not really indicative of the craft boom in Seattle) on one side of downtown, and Elysian, Ghostfish, Seapine, Pyramid (like Pike's - too big and commercial), and Schooner
So, BEER, BEER, BEER while you are there. There are just a stupid amount of breweries around Seattle, and each have their own charm.

Din Tai Fung is pretty overrated. Foods good but it's expensive as hell and the line is absurd. You're really paying for the name (chain from Taiwan I believe).
Dough Zone is probably half the price and every bit as good.

IMHO, the Pacific Northwest is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
If you get a chance, check out Olympic National Park or Mt Ranier.
Whale watching in Puget Sound is neat. We saw about 20 humpbacks but no killer whales. Apparently there are pods of killer whales that live in the sound.

We were there for a few days when LSU played Washington. Did a tour of the Boeing factory, which was pretty cool.

Go to Kerry Park in the evening...amazing views of the skyline. Although it's great any time of day.

The city of Seattle is not all that impressive in my opinion. Pike Place Market was kind of cool but you can get the whole experience of that in an hour. Also, the food scene is just ok for a big city.
However, the Pacific NW is awesome, I would definitely get out of the city and explore at least one day. I second the recommendation of Olympic National Park.

They have an underground walking tour of the city. Pretty awesome.

Eat at the breakfast bitch
It’s been a few years and I still think about that breakfast every now and then.
There are two locations and you should be able to walk to one.
Walking in Seattle-better start practicing on the stair climber now.

Was there on business last week. Prepare for the street people shooting up in front of you. Then my boss got a citation for jaywalking as the scum looked on. Tragic what’s happened to that great city.

The Museum of Pop Culture is really amazing. If the Mariners are still playing, that baseball park is cool too. Definitely don’t miss Pike Place. Just checking out the seafood and the variety of flowers is incredible.

Go see the museum of pop culture by the Space Needle. It's really cool and worth the couple of hours you'll spend in it.
