I looked into these like...this week. They look amazing, but they are extremely expensive. The least expensive one is 4 grand per person and that is for 3 nights.

The Med ones are like 13k a person base level. Obviously, if you can afford it, that is awesome and please let us know how it was.

My wife and I have talked about doing one, but much later on down the road when we are closer to or in retirement.

You may also want to look in to some of their competitors like Silver Sea, Seabourne and Explora. They are all also ultra luxury (to one degree or another) and some of them are bit better priced.

Ritz looks amazing to me though and I would want to do it one day

This past April, I took an Athens to Venice cruise on Viking. It was fantastic.

What were your ports? Did you do Croatia?

The one I’m looking at has Mykonos, Corfu, someplace in Croatia I’ve not heard of, and a full overnight in Dubrovnik.

I was trying to find one that stopped in Split, but they aren’t available until later in the year. I wanted to do May when it’s not so crowded.

We took the Viking Empires of the Mediterranean cruise.
It started with an overnight in Athens, then went to Santorini, Olympia and Corfu in Greece. Then it went up the Adriatic to Kotor in Montenegro , then two stops in Croatia, Dubrovnik and Zadar. Finally it was Kotor in Slovenia before ending in Venice.
Before the cruise we spent a few days on the Greek island of Hydra, then spent a few days in Venice post cruise.
I had a short report on here at the time.

This was a great itinerary.
The scenery was beautiful and the ports were interesting and often the ship would dock right in or not far from where you would want to go which is not always the case with Mediterranean ocean cruises.

The wife and I did Athens to Venice last summer on Viking. It was fantastic, but those Ritz Carlton vessels we saw in port looked interesting.
