Not much experience but me and a buddy went to a Reds game in September, also my first trip to Cincy. We had beers and a few snacks at Moerlin Lager House next to the stadium. The beers were good and there is a plaque marking where 1st base was located in the old Riverfront Staduim...it was cool sitting there as a baseball fan and thinking about how many times Pete Rose, stood there (and Bench and Morgan).

Eli's Barbecue is solid along with Rhinegeist Brewing if you like craft beer.

Over the Rhine is a badass area

Also, Mt Adams neighborhood is a must.

Surprisingly beautiful city, imo.

Smoke Justice across the river is a good place to eat, grab beers, and watch games.

I have a friend that hangs out there and supposedly it's a good music scene as well.

Also second and third the Jeff Ruby suggestion for a nice cut of beef.

If you really want to see something interesting, go to Jungle Jim's grocery up in Fairfield, a suburb. It is a massive (walmart size or more) store full of food from around the world. And there's a monorail.
