We built a house in the Philippines 5 years ago and love it. Come visit the 7000 different islands. Cost of living is low and the standard of living is good.

I don’t need an address, but a general location would be nice. What do I need to see? What do I need to do?
I’ve heard crime there is pretty wide spread.

I’ve been going to the Philippines for 25+ years and never had an incident. There are things you just don’t do though to keep yourself safe. Being tall and Caucasian we stand out and make ourselves a target. Be smart like and aware like you would in any major USA city and you’ll be fine.
Plenty to see. Puerto Princessa (caves/boating/snorkeling), Boracay (beach life/water activities), Baguio, Bohol (chocolate hills), Cebu.
