^^ This!
Probably our best ocean cruise. AND..if you use a travel agent, they can get you probably $300/person ship board credits, which you can use for optional excursions, Silver Spirits Package etc.

We have looked at the cruises, and because both of my sisters are teachers and they both have vacations planned for Christmas this year, we are making the arrangements for June, and it looks like we'll be taking the Rhine, Castles, and Swiss Alps cruise on AmaWaterways.
Also, my nephews are taking a trip to Italy in June, and one of my sisters is going to meet them there at the end of the cruise, so she'll be staying on, due to the timing, for an additional week.

That's amazing! I know your family will have a great time.
Couple of points:
For river and ocean cruises, we always make sure we’re covered with travel insurance, and we’ve stuck with Allianz because they’ve been solid for us on multiple Europe trips — good medical coverage, straightforward claims, and no hassles. And before booking any river cruise, always take a quick look at water levels for that time of year. You can’t predict everything, but it’s an easy way to make sure conditions are acceptable, or at least you understand what may happen for the cruise.
This year on the Rhine has been a reminder that water levels can swing both ways — sections saw low-water disruptions early in the season and then high-water issues after heavy rains. Cruise lines handled it with bus substitutions and port swaps, but it’s exactly why check current water reports before booking anything. And with an older traveler in the group, being covered with trip insurance when plans change unexpectedly.
