Going in a safari to South Africa next summer and wife wants to do vineyard tour in Cape Town. . Need some hotel/restaurants/stuff to do please. Will probably stay 2 nights there.

I used Jarat Tours out of cape town. We spent 2 days in the winelands (1 day in Franschhoek and 1 day in Stellenbosch) He drove us around both days to 2-3 vineyards each day with a lunch stop as well. Picked us up at our cape town hotel and then also brought us to the airport after the 2nd day, to head to safari.
We stayed at Le petite Ferme in Franschhoek both nights, and I would highly recommend it! Get a room with a pool/view of the mountains.
We visited Delaire Graff, Haute Cabriere, Kanonkop, Glenelly, and Babylonstoren. The only one that wasn't amazing was Kanonkop but it still had very good wines.
La Petite Colombe for dinner in Franschhoek is a must.

Ricegravy knows what's up. Colombe was good. Franschhoek was awesome.
If you're open to other things or can extend Cape Town the Chapman Peak drive is beautiful. You can go down to Boulder's Beach and see the penguins.

Most of the nice vineyards are out near Stellenbosch. It's about 45 mins away from Cape Town. Honestly didn't find the food scene amazing out there. Only there for 2 nights, you could just walk around the downtown waterfront area. Table Mountain is a must do activity. Probably the best view in the world.

Appreciate it. To piggy back off his post, I used the same company to take us on Chapmans peak drive down to the cape of good hope and then back up with a stop at boulder beach to see the penguins. He also brought us to an Ostrich farm where they make real ostrich leather goods at a fraction of the cost. My wife got a purse and I got a nice belt. Table mountain is a must do like the other guy said. Go in the early morning, they can close due to high winds.
My other dinner suggestion is in Hout Bay (30ish min south of cape town) at Chef's warehouse Tintswalo. You wont regret it.
