Las Vegas for work - will have some time to kill on Sunday

I have a work trip to Vegas early next week, and I've never been. I'm landing before noon on Sunday, so I'll have a little time to kill Sunday afternoon and Monday night.
- no rental car
- not SUPER interested in gambling, but might go to a sports book if I get bored
- might go to the hockey game on Monday
Any recommendations?

A sports book on a NFL sunday will be pretty busy but it's always fun to go watch games like that and make some small bets if gambling is not your thing

Go see Absinthe. Best show on the strip. Definitely strong R-rated comedy as part of the show.

The nuclear bomb museum is a short cab ride from the Strip and is super interesting if you like history at all. Mob Museum is good also.
