Outside of Fantasy Fest, is October a good month to travel to Key West? Looking at going back and planning a trip.

That should be fine.
The weather should be nice assuming we don’t have a late season hurricane and the summertime crowds will be over.

October is a great time to visit. Will still be plenty warm without the suffocating heat and humidity of summer.

Subtle "I live in the Keys" brag?

Nope. Don't live in the Keys. Too far away from Tiger Stadium and the Superdome.
Just enjoy visiting.

October was tolerable but still a tad sticky/steamy. Even our last time in November we felt the humidity at times. December is really good, but January has been absolutely perfect every time.

I’m going for a destination wedding in mid-November.
(Not an alternative couple, they just enjoy KW).

I’ve been all times of the year and they’re all good.

The only hiccup is hurricane issues.

Fun fact: the historical record low for KW is 39°F
