I stayed at a bed and breakfast between King and Meeting. Three blocks from the Slave Exchange, was nice walking to King each morning for a Starbucks coffee then starting our day.
Tons of bridal parties and college girls since the College of Charleston is like 2 blocks off King

Great city. I lived there for 4 months on work assignment years ago and it was great fun.

Got back earlier this week. It was a little chillier than we had hoped for but had a great time.
Food recommendations.
Fleet Landing restaurant was very good and casual. Right on the water.
Pearlz had really good oysters.
Halls Chophouse. Get ready to drop some coin but worth it..
For watching football Social Uptown is very good.
