I have a flight in July that moved up 7 hours. I can't change online.

Jetblue. I cannot get it to go through and change the flight. Apparently they moved the BOS - MSY daily flight to 8am. That's fine I'll do a transfer. The email they sent says I can move the flight 7 days forward or back without issue.
Yet I can't do it.
There is no way to just email. I tried calling is a long wait.

Usually this is a simple click online. Does anyone have an email for jetblue? Their website contact page sucks major arse.

Honestly, I'd expect another schedule change or two before your flights settle down. For now, I'd call if online isn't working. Do they have a callback option? If so I'd start earlier in the day and take the call later in the day. No way I'd try email for something like this. Look up the flight numbers you want

Not very familiar with JetBlue but most airlines/hotels have a chat option in the app or you can reach out to them on social media and get an answer quicker than a phone call.

Been through this.

You just have to wait on the line. Call. It is what it is.

Try getting in touch with Air France. No chat feature, no number that they answer as it just hangs up, no email. Only opportunity is Twitter.

After 4 days, I get this response…

There’s a chat feature. It may just be on the app… not sure. It’s one of those where they text you when you’re close to the front of the queue.

I got through on chat. That actually worked pretty well. It took 30 minutes to get a response but I had the chat open watching TV. I was able to move the flight back a couple of days. Now I'm going to rent a car and drive to Maine for a day. I've never been to RI, Mass, NH or Maine, so getting the last two would be cool.
