I can’t vouch for that hotel (we stayed at Querencia de Seville, which not at that level, we thoroughly enjoyed) but don’t miss Ronda.

We were staying in Malaga and had a rental car and drove to Ronda thinking we’d be in and out in a couple hours. We enjoyed the vibe of the place and ended up staying there most of the day.

Never been there. Sounds like a cool place. Enjoy the pancake breakfast.

$1400 a night. Damn. I cringe spending $300 a night. I couldn't do it. 4 star good for me i don't need 5 or 5 diamond.

We are starting in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Cordoba and then Granada

Just did this trip in April, except we didn't go to Granada. Barcelona was my least favorite city. 2-3 days tops is all you need there to see all the sights. We did a day trip from there to Girona (filming location of numerous Game of Thrones scenes) and it was awesome. Day trips to Monserrat are also very popular. Seville was awesome (by far my favorite). As someone else said, you don't need much time in Cordoba. We did a day trip from Seville and it was all we needed to see the main sights (the Mosque Cathedral being the big one). Enjoy.
