I'm getting married this Sept in Iceland (itinerary set) and honeymooning in Cabo.

I've visited Mexico maybe 4 times, but never Cabo. Any must do activities, must see places, or must visit restaurants??

I’m not really the right person to answer - I was there for only a day last week for work. But stayed at the Westin which was a beautiful property with top notch restaurants. We were told to have dinner at “The Office” in town which apparently is tables right on the beach, but didn’t make it out that far.

Pay attention to which side of the town you’re on if swimming in the ocean is important to you. The Westin is on the Sea of Cortez side and the wave breaks are so high you can’t swim there. But there was surfing and calmer waters nearby and I’m told other resorts don’t have the same issue.

Sunset Mona Lisa — most gorgeous setting the driveman has ever dined ON. Make it a surprise for her. It will make your bride will grovel to her new found King

Taco Gus — Cheap, authentic Mexican taco joint in town. Got stuffed for $35 with cervezas between the two of us.

We did a sport fishing excursion with Pices Sport Fishing which was awesome (neither of us ate fisherman). We hooked a Marlin, ate it fresh at a sushi restaurant on the dock and brought some meat home. Tasted like tuna

Everyone we met were good, friendly people. Never felt unsafe. No need to exchange dollars for pesos. Would highly recommend Cabo

Also eat T Los Tres Gallos. Great Mexican restaurant. There are a couple of very solid Italian restaurants as well. I’d stay in the middle of it all if I went again.

We honeymooned at Grand Solmar Land’s End. Last resort on the pacific side near the top of the peninsula. It has 7 pools and beautiful views.

Eat at Los Tres Gallos and sunset Mona Lisa. Get a reservation for Mona Lisa and pay up for a sunset table.

We Honeymoon'd in Cabo October 2018

stayed at the Paradisus Los Cabos in an swim up room

Ate at that taco place on the beach - was ok.. your view of the ocean is blocked by people standing around trying to sell you hats and crap

Rode the bus often between san jose and san lucas. Was like $2-$3 each way for us both. You pay more if you pay in USD, but I didn't really care.

The mall in San Lucas was alright. No big designer brands there.

Did a sailboat tour also through Cabo Adventures/Marina. I'm pretty sure all of the "Tour" companies are all owned by the same people, just different names.

We also did a cooking class/tour of Flora Farms. Wife loved it. $$$$$
