Ground Transportation Newark Airport to NY East Side?

Flying from MSY to Newark tomorrow arriving ~ 3pm. I need to get to 91st & York on the East side. Recs on the easiest way to do that would be appreciated. Being a holiday traffic shouldn't be too bad.

Uber/Taxi will be $100 or so and take 45-60min with normal traffic. That said, I wouldn’t bank on traffic not being bad. A lot of people will be driving back into the city for school/work the next day.
You can also take the train to Penn Station, then walk a block to the Q at Herald Sq. Should take about an hour and a half and cost $15-20.
They have the bus as well, but I’ve never done it.

Just take the train to Penn Station from the airport.

Take train to NY Penn Station then cab/uber/lyft over.
