New place called Shunk Gulley in Santa Rosa has a great upstairs patio with gulf views and the food is actually pretty good. Also has an oyster bar. Pretty hard to beat.
I second Great Southern Cafe in Seaside too. Oysters + their homemade hot sauce is delicious.

Hit up Grayton Beer Company. The brewery is off of 98 nearby, and they have a Brewpub in Santa Rosa Beach.
That place is okay, but I really miss Shorty's Bar that used to be in that building.

The food trucks in Seaside are surprisingly good. And, there are several restaurants around there - Bud and Alley's is nice, but there are more casual ones around there.
