No, but seriously I second the poster that said to give somewhere in the northeast a try. Maybe rent a house on Cape Cod for a week. Could check out several different beaches and take some day trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. I loved my time spent up there.

Second San Diego.
Spent a week there and had plenty of new things to do each day. Highly recommend for family trip.
