This may simplify some of the hodge lodge issues arising with Greece, Croatia etc going their own way. Will also hopefully keep a random airline employee from messing up trips not knowing rules. More details to come.

Summer starts June 20. With EU vaccination kicking off this will likely be the last spikes in Europe.

Yeah. Starting to realize I won’t be able to get back for awhile. I’m not going to get the vaccine

Can anyone imagine wearing a mask for that long of a flight?
Europe has been absolutely tyrannical with lockdowns; if you visit it’ll be very strictly dictated. My mode is to freely wander and explore, seriously doubt they’ll allow that this year.

It will be open to visit but everything may still be locked down

I work on an airplane for a living. I worked to Germany in December. It definitely sucked arse wearing a mask that long without a break, but it’s manageable.
I can’t speak for everyone but the majority of crews I’ve worked with don’t care about the mask issue as long as your mouth is covered - and really only care about that so another passenger doesn’t complain about you. Unfortunately it’s the world we live in as people are still coming on planes with 2 masks, face shields, and gloves smh.

I've been planning on laying a blanket over my head while sleeping, maybe even while watching TV. Figure they won't mess with me doing that.
Add in meal time and I'm hoping to mask 20% or less of the long haul.
