Yes, Boston and Portland Maine come to mind. You can fly to Boston, Uber to the North End and have more to see and eat than you could ever imagine.

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown-RiverPlace. It was a fantastic stay - updated rooms and easy walk to restaurants. Also, it lined Swamp Rabbit Trail, which made for some nice walks to Pangaea Brewing and Southernside Brewing. The latter had a fantastic patio space.
