Carry on Luggage recommendations

I fly maybe 2-3 times a year, so not really that often. I do not need anything pricey or fancy.
Looking for a carry on bag, soft, with swivel wheels, that is good for the money (less than $100? 150 at absolute most). I've had the same bag for about 12 years now and it is starting to have some issues.
What would you recommend?

If I can get away with it, I will do my best to fit everything I need in my laptop bag and a backpack.
Just makes life easier than messing with the roller bag or real luggage.

When I do travel the trips tend to be for at least a week or more most of the time, so that isn't really feasible.
And I enjoy overpacking.

Travelpro is solid and well priced for wheeled bags.
Platinum series if you want durable, Maxlite series if you want very light. A carryon spinner should set you back $125 or less, and some of the Maxlite series 4 pieces can be picked up for substantially less.

Samsonite outlet or shop their clearance stuff. Picked up a nice carry on and check in luggage for just over $200 for the pair. Regular price was over $400.

I had enough of the airlines wrecking my soft bags with their luggage handling equipment.
Pelican hardcase FTMFW. 1510 if you're old fashioned. 1535 if you want the new, fancy, light stuff.

I bought a hardside travelers club on Amazon about 6 years ago and fly with carry on about 25 times a year and it is still in great shape... fairly certain I paid less than $60... with that being said I have no experience with soft side rollers
