Definitely will need to check this place out. Seems there's ferry's that run to all the different islands throughout the day.

BVI are great. Don’t island hop too much. Stay on Tortola or VG, and rent a car and go to the different beaches. You can take a ferry one day to JVD to get to the Soggy Dollar.

Where do you plan to stay? There are a lot of choices and #1 on my list would be a powercat with a captain for a week.

Best way to BVIs is like VA just said. 52 foot Power cat and a captain.

Ive been a couple times. One time stayed in villa on Virgin Gorda for two weeks.

Most recent time Powercat for 10 days. My dad Captains them himself when we take those trips. Ive only done the one boat trip. I think he is gearing up for trip number 6 or 7 this summer.

I know it isnt a cheap vacation and has alot to it. But honestly the greatest vacation ive ever been on.

And yes Soggy Doller is a must and lives up to its name.

Was there last June for 10 days. Stayed at Little Dix Bay. Pricey, but it was a long overdue trip for me and the wife. It was worth the cost for what we wanted. Stayed the last night at the Ritz Carlton on St Thomas and went from feeling like royalty to feeling like a commoner immediately and it was a nice resort too, just weren't at our beck and call.

We mostly stayed put on the resort beach, with a couple of snorkeling excursions. If you intend to leave the resort a lot I would stay somewhere else.

Planning to go back in a year to do
a week or so on a catamaran.

It’s sad that One Love is no more. Best and biggest lobster quesadilla ever. Seddy died and there’s no one left to carry the torch.

We are going first time for Disney cruise port stop next March. Stops in Tortola and going to do Jost van dyke excursion. Then next day is st Thomas, think we are going to do trunk bay in St. John. Will be scouting for future trips back

Damn, hadnt heard this. My son will be extremely disappointed. The last time we were there, you could tell Seddy was highly chemically imbalanced.

And that lobster quesadilla was fantastic.

I’d stay on the hill looking over Cane Garden Bay or near there if it were me.
