Ive been looking at GoEuro & RailEurope but they are not very user friendly. Is there any others that are better?

Search for all fares/options in Goeurope. Since goeurope charges $1 for service, I take the schedule info and book directly with either Trenitalia or Italo.
Book advance for Super Economy (Trenitalia) or Promo(Italo) tickets.

seat 61...read this, take his advice
And use for any European train info for that matter. If there is another site as helpful, I haven't come across it yet.
