I ski every year from December 23-25 and the crowds on the 25th are always minimal.

It was definitely more crowded than normal but it wasn't miserable or anything . Even at peak times in the day when the lift lines looked pretty bad they moved rather quickly. Restaurants were tough to get a reservation. I was actually there from day after Christmas to new years.

Just returned from winter park yesterday. We stayed in Fraser and actually Skied at a place called Granby resort for a couple days. Family of 5 all first time skiers except my wife. Kids from 4 to 11 years old all had a great time. Great ski school. Less crowded mountain very nice facility and catered to families and newer skiers. When we visited the winter park resort it was insane the amount of skiers and clearly a top notch place for more advanced skiers. Overall the area was incredible. Lots of tubing places and sledding , stuff for kids to do, breweries, etc..
