There are some things on some ships that are not included but ziplining is included (same with water slides and flowrider)..it just depends on the ship and activity but not all activities on all ships are included.

I’ve taken Carnival, only once, that was enough.
I much rather NCL, the 7 day out of NOLA, one of the better. First time Costa Maya, Belize, Guatemala and Cozumel. Last time they dropped Guatemala for Roatan. I rather Roatan, my friend has a house there and another friend is a tour guide.

I’ve never seen the NCL seven day out of NOLA go to Guatemala in the past 10 years. It’s always been Roatan. And you can’t count Harvest Caye as Belize. 
The biggest thing I dislike about that itinerary. Used to be great when they actually took you to Belize instead of their shitty overpriced island with limited excursions.
