Best beach resort in Florida?

Looking at heading down for few days before and after Memorial day weekend. Any recommendations for best resort, preferably with a kids program for our 6 yr old girl. Thanks

Panhandle or elsewhere?
I mean... The Breakers is pretty amazing with great kids camps, but it's way down south (and a little spendy).

I had some work in Tampa then drove a little south to Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa. I don’t know if it is the nicest in Florida but we had a great time. Also, very close to where the Red Sox and Twins (I think) play their spring training games.
