Beach Club Fort Morgan vs. Beach Club Pensacola Beach

I know these are completely independant of each other but I am considering a family stay at each for a long weekend.
How do they compare?
Also, I see Pensacola Beach has a gay weekend over Memorial Day. Anyone have experience at PB during this? We are not easily offended and I don't have a problem with gays, just trying to see if it is anything too over the top.

Ft Morgan has better golf nearby which is important to me (Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula).
Ft Morgan is further from the traffic (which I prefer) but also further from the grocery, souvenir shops, etc.
To me, the water is not much different but I prefer Ft Morgan to Pensacola

thanks, have you been when they had the food trucks open in the lawn out front at BC Fort Morgan? If so how was that?

It's pretty cool. Definitely not like 30A but you get a small feel of something "different" without having to go anywhere. Sandiwches, BBQ pretty sure they had some pizza. Almost felt like a food truck round up at a brewery or something.
We make it one of our "nights out"...kids play cornhole, adults go hit the golf simulator, etc.
The one thing I don't like about Ft Morgan is they do not allow coolers and outside drinks, etc at the clubhouse pool. I get it, they have their on bar and such but being that it costs extra to use the clubhouse pool, I'd rather them just increase the price or have a minimum bar/food limit per day.

Food is not great from those food trucks, but it’s a decent atmosphere.

I've driven through Pensacola Beach during that weekend. All we saw different were lots of rainbow flags flying to designate where the gay beach parties were. Never saw any nudity, etc.

We booked the one in Ft. Morgan for June. Looked like a pretty cool place.
